# Terms of Use Updated: 2026-10-15 These terms apply to the InteliDress app, its optional AI assistant connection and its group events, provided by Toonie Technology Inc. By using InteliDress, you agree to them. ## 1. Using InteliDress You may use InteliDress for your own personal, non-commercial wardrobe use, in line with these terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from. Do not misuse the app or the service, for example by trying to access other people's data, disrupting the service or reverse engineering it except where the law allows. ## 2. Your content Your photos, items, looks and other content stay yours. If you turn on the AI assistant connection, you allow us to store your content and pass it to the assistants you connect, only to provide that connection. When you add something to a group event, you allow us to store it and show it to the event's members and to the assistants they connect, only to provide group events. Only add photos you have the right to use. ## 3. AI assistants ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and other assistants are third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. They decide what they say and do with the information they receive. Suggestions from InteliDress or from an assistant are style ideas, not professional advice. You can disconnect any assistant at any time. ## 4. Group events Group events are private spaces for the people invited to them. When you create or join one, you agree to the group rules: nothing offensive, sexual, hateful or illegal, no harassment, bullying or threats, no spam, and nothing about other people without their consent. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Anyone in an event can report a member or an outfit in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules and remove the people who post it, from that event or from group events altogether. Hosts can turn their invite link off, remove members and end their events, and anyone can block a member. One group event a month, created or joined, is free; the one-time unlock makes them unlimited, within fair use. Events are deleted after their date, as the privacy policy describes. ## 5. Purchases The optional one-time unlock is sold through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund policies. ## 6. The service We work to keep InteliDress and the AI assistant connection available, but we provide them as is and may change, suspend or end features. Where the law allows, Toonie Technology Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. ## 7. Ending You can stop using InteliDress at any time, delete your online copy in Settings and leave or end your group events. We may suspend the connection, or your access to group events, if it is misused. ## 8. Changes and contact We will publish changes to these terms here and in app updates. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: admin@toonie.tech.
