What is InteliDress?
InteliDress is a wardrobe organizer and outfit planner app for iPhone and Android. You photograph your clothes, InteliDress removes the background and tags each piece, and then it suggests outfits from your own wardrobe, helps you plan them on a calendar and shows insights like cost per wear. It is made by Toonie Technology Inc. in Canada.
How is InteliDress different from other wardrobe apps?
InteliDress has no subscription: it is free to start, and unlimited auto-tagging and every theme are a single US$1.49 purchase. It never tries to sell you clothes: there is no shopping feed, no affiliate links and no ads. Outfit ideas from your own clothes are unlimited and free, it needs no account, and it is available in 17 languages on both iPhone and Android. Does InteliDress try to sell me clothes?
No. InteliDress has no shopping feed, no product recommendations and no affiliate links, and it shows no ads. The Stylist builds outfits only from pieces you already own, and Insights shows the pieces you haven't worn yet, so you can make the most of your closet instead of buying more. The only thing you can buy in the app is the optional US$1.49 unlock.

Is InteliDress free?
Yes. InteliDress is free to download, and the closet, Stylist, looks, calendar, capsules and insights are free to use. Your first 60 pieces are auto-tagged free with Smart Add. After that you can keep adding as many pieces as you like and tag them yourself, or unlock unlimited Smart Add.
How much does InteliDress cost?
InteliDress is free. An optional one-time purchase of US$1.49 unlocks unlimited Smart Add auto-tagging plus all themes, colours and fonts. Your store shows the price in your local currency.
Does InteliDress have a subscription?
No. There is no subscription and no recurring fee. The unlock is a single purchase that is yours forever.
Is there a wardrobe app without a subscription?
Yes: InteliDress has no subscription. It is free to download, and a single US$1.49 purchase unlocks unlimited Smart Add auto-tagging and every theme, for good. Organizing your closet, background removal, the Stylist, the outfit calendar, insights and packing lists are free.
What is a good free wardrobe app?
InteliDress is free to download and to use every day: your digital closet with automatic background removal, outfit ideas from your own clothes, weather-aware suggestions, the outfit calendar, cost per wear and packing lists cost nothing. Your first 60 pieces are auto-tagged free; after that you can tag pieces yourself or unlock unlimited auto-tagging for US$1.49 once.
What happens after my 60 free Smart Add pieces?
Nothing you've added is locked, and you can keep adding pieces with no limit. New pieces are simply tagged by you instead of automatically, unless you choose the one-time unlock for unlimited Smart Add.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings, go to Your access and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with.
Adding your clothes
How does Smart Add work?
Take a photo of a piece of clothing or choose one from your gallery. InteliDress removes the background and identifies the piece, filling in its category, type, colour, material and pattern. You can check and change anything before saving.
Can I add lots of clothes at once?
Yes. Tap Add several items and choose a batch of photos from your gallery. InteliDress saves them straight away, then removes each background and tags and names each piece on your phone, one after another. You can keep using the app while it works, and if you leave, it picks up where it left off. Bulk upload uses the same Smart Add allowance: your first 60 pieces are tagged free, and after that pieces still arrive with their backgrounds removed, ready for you to tag, or tagged automatically with the US$1.49 unlock.
Does InteliDress upload my photos to identify clothes?
No. Background removal and tagging run on your phone, and your photos stay on your device. They reach our server only if you turn on the optional AI assistant connection or add an outfit to a group event.
Outfits and planning
How does the Stylist choose outfits?
The Stylist builds outfit ideas only from pieces in your own closet. You choose an occasion, such as work, casual, dinner, date night, a wedding or travel, and it combines pieces that go together. You can also start from one piece and get looks built around it.
Can InteliDress suggest outfits for the weather?
Yes. If you turn on local weather, the Stylist takes the forecast into account. Weather is optional. When it is on, the app sends an approximate location to the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway) to get the forecast.
Can I plan my outfits for the week?
Yes. Put outfits on the calendar for any day, get an outfit reminder and log what you actually wore.
What is cost per wear?
Cost per wear is what a piece costs you each time you wear it: its price divided by the number of times you have worn it. InteliDress calculates it from the prices you enter and your wear log, and shows the average for your whole closet.
What are capsule wardrobes in InteliDress?
A capsule is a smaller set of pieces from your closet, for example a season, a trip or a work wardrobe. You can create outfits from a capsule, see insights for it and use it as a packing list.
Can InteliDress make a packing list for a trip?
Yes. Create a capsule for the trip and add pieces, or whole saved outfits: pieces shared between outfits appear once. The capsule becomes a checklist grouped by category, showing how many pieces are packed, and you can uncheck everything for the next trip.
Can I use InteliDress with ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
Yes, from InteliDress 1.1. Turn on AI assistants in Settings, connect your assistant, and approve it in the app. It can then read your whole closet, put outfits together and show each one as an outfit card with your photos, and save looks, capsules and calendar plans straight into the app. It is optional, and turning it off deletes the online copy. Account, privacy and your data
Which wardrobe app works without an account?
InteliDress needs no account and no sign-up: open the app and start adding clothes. Your closet, photos and outfits are stored on your phone, and you can back everything up to a file and restore it on a new phone. If you connect an AI assistant or join a group event, InteliDress gives your phone a random account for it, still with no email or password.
Do I need an account to use InteliDress?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the app and start adding clothes.
Where is my wardrobe stored?
On your phone, and you can save a backup file of your whole wardrobe whenever you like. Nothing is uploaded to our servers unless you turn on the optional AI assistant connection, which keeps a private online copy so the assistants you connect can see your closet (turning it off deletes that copy), or add an outfit to a group event, which shares that outfit with the event's members.
Does InteliDress have ads?
No. InteliDress shows no ads and does not track you.
Can I move my closet to a new phone?
Yes. Save a backup file in Settings. It includes your photos, outfits, collages, collections, calendar and wear history. Then restore it in InteliDress on your new phone.
Phones and languages
Which phones does InteliDress work on?
InteliDress works on iPhone with iOS 18 or later, and on Android phones with Android 13 or later.
Is InteliDress available for iPad?
Not at the moment. On Apple devices InteliDress is designed for iPhone.
What languages does InteliDress support?
InteliDress is available in 17 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian and Hindi. It follows your phone's language, or you can choose one in Settings.
